  • Hotel intelligence
  • Guest types, from your reviews — Guest types derived from what your own guests wrote, with the share of bookings each represents.
  • Demand by segment and market — Where the demand comes from, split by segment and source market, and what moves each one.
  • Competitive set, scored — The properties you actually compete with, rated on what guests choose on rather than on stars.
  • Seasonality and event calendar — How the year moves for this property, and every event in the city weighted by the guest type it brings.
  • Full site audit — Every page on the live site read, with the findings written out and the pages that matter listed first.
  • Ranked next actions — What to do next, in order, each carrying the measured reason it is on the list.
  • Grand Concierge, with memory — A conversation over everything above that keeps its memory between sessions.
  • Unlimited users — Everyone on the team, the GM and the agency, on every plan.
  • On a higher plan: Website production
  • On a higher plan: Room and landing pages — Brief, draft, review, publish. A finished page rather than a paragraph somebody still has to place.
  • On a higher plan: Page rewrite from a URL — Point it at a page on your site and it returns that page rewritten.
  • On a higher plan: Direct publishing to your CMS — The work arrives published where the pages already live.
  • On a higher plan: Campaigns and channels
  • On a higher plan: Campaign briefs and assets — A campaign whose angle is chosen against what the hotels near you are currently saying.
  • On a higher plan: Newsletters and social — The formats a hotel marketing team ships in a normal month, beyond the site.
  • On a higher plan: Personalisation
  • On a higher plan: On-page guest self-selection — One question on the room page. The answer decides what that visitor sees.
  • On a higher plan: Served versions across the site — The choice carries to every page after it instead of being asked again.

Add on where you need it

Charged per property, and only on the properties that use them. Onboarding is included on every plan.

Every connection is included on every plan: your CMS, your analytics, your ad accounts, your photography. Lumina gets better the more of your hotel it can see, so connecting it is always free.

Another language

Each language gets its own knowledge base, its own tone of voice and its own review pass.

€190a property, a month

A second brand on one property

A restaurant, a spa or a venue that carries a name of its own, with its own voice and its own rules.

€290a property, a month

A live connection to your DAM

It reads the approval status in your library and only ever writes with pictures the brand team has signed off, kept in sync as that changes. The fee covers the build: authentication, field mapping and renditions.

€150a property, a month, and the connection quoted

What it has to be worth

Two ways to check the number. The first is what the property earns. The second is what the same work costs bought any other way.

€22.4ma year in room revenue, for a 250-room property at €350 average rate and seventy per cent occupancy
0.05%of that is what a year of Studio costs, at list, for one property
One pagea single event page that converts better pays for the year, on the arithmetic above

And the same work, bought the other three ways

What you buyWhat caps the outputPer month
A freelance writer, two days a weekAbout sixty hours of their time€800–1,200
A marketer in-house, full timeAbout a hundred and sixty hours, and one person’s range€2,500–2,900
A hotel marketing agency retainerFour to twelve finished pieces, their published unitfrom €3,000
Lumina StudioThe property’s own material, and how much of it there is€890 a property

The in-house figure is the whole cost to the company rather than the salary. The room-revenue arithmetic is yours to check on your own numbers: we publish the method, not a promised uplift.

Hotel intelligence
Guest types, from your reviews — Guest types derived from what your guests actually wrote, with the share of bookings each represents.
Demand by segment and market — Where the demand comes from, split by segment, and what moves each one.
Competitive set, scored — Your real competitive set, rated on the things guests choose on rather than on stars.
Review analysis, yours and theirs — The sentences they used, grouped so you see the pattern rather than the average.
Seasonality by month — When demand comes, from where, and which weeks nobody writes about.
Destination event calendar — An event calendar for the destination, each event weighted by the guest type it brings.
Ranked next actions — A ranked list of actions, each carrying the measured reason it is on the list.
Full site audit — A full audit of the live site, findings written page by page, the ones that matter first.
Grand Concierge, with memory — A conversation over all of the above that keeps its memory between sessions.
Unlimited users — The GM, the marketer and the agency all look at the same thing.
Website production
Room and landing pages — Brief, draft, review, publish. A finished page, not a paragraph you have to place.
Page rewrite from a URL — Point it at a page on your site and it returns that page rewritten.
Direct publishing to your CMS — The work arrives published rather than as a file somebody still has to place.
Per-guest and per-market copy — The same room described differently by guest type and by source market.
Brand voice enforcement — Brand rules, the words the hotel never uses, and a review pass that blocks anything machine-sounding.
Campaigns and channels
Campaign briefs and assets — The angle is picked against what the hotels near you are currently saying.
Newsletters and social — The formats a hotel marketing team ships in a normal month, not only the site.
Your own image library — It works from the pictures you give it rather than reaching for stock.
Personalisation
On-page guest self-selection — One question on the page. The answer decides what that visitor sees, on every page after it.
Served versions across the site — Pick once and every page after it is written for that guest.
Contact capture and follow-up — Capture in place, then seven days of follow-up written for the guest who asked.
Uplift against your baseline — What your pages did before and what they do now. Not an industry average.

What a buyer asks next

Onboarding is included and self-serve on every plan, and there is no implementation fee. You connect the sources, it reads them, and the first work comes back the same week.

Intelligence is the plan for a hotel that has one. It gives the agency the layer only somebody inside the hotel has, so the briefs come back sharper. Studio is for when there is nobody to execute them.

Not on the plan you signed, for the term you signed it. What changes the figure is moving up a plan or adding properties, and both of those you drive yourself with the control at the top of this page. For a group or a chain, both are set with you.

It applies to the plan you choose, on the properties active under the contract, and it moves with you: add properties during the year and the whole account moves to the new band.

CMS migrations, custom integrations, translation and photography production. Support calls are included up to the number written in the contract and charged after that.

Annual, and everything written for you stays yours whether or not you renew. Ask us to delete what we hold and we confirm when it is gone.

See it on your hotel first

We read your pages before we meet, and you keep whatever it writes.

What a group or a chain pays

The rate for a group or a chain is set with you. Some of the work is the same whether you run two properties or thirty.
