1. Who these are with

This website is operated by Lumina Frontier AG, registered in Zurich, Switzerland. By using the site you agree to what is on this page.

2. What this website is

It describes what Lumina does and lets you try a demonstration of it. It is marketing material, not an offer and not a contract to supply anything.

If your hotel goes on to use Lumina, that is a separate written agreement between your company and ours. Nothing on this website changes that agreement, and where the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.

3. The Grand Concierge demonstration

The Concierge on this site is a demonstration. Give it a public web address and it will read that page and write something about it, so you can see what the work looks like before you talk to us.

• Give it a public page. Do not paste anything confidential, anything behind a login, or anybody's personal data.
• Only submit a page you are entitled to submit. If it is not your website, you are telling us you have the right to have it read.
• It writes with a language model, so it can be wrong. Read what it produces before you rely on any of it.
• It is not the product. What a licensed hotel gets comes from that hotel's own connected material and runs through checks and an approval gate the demonstration does not have.

4. What you give us, and what stays yours

Anything you type or say to the demonstration stays yours. We use it to produce your answer and nothing else. We never use it to train a model, ours or anybody else's.

Text the demonstration writes about your hotel is yours to keep and to use, with or without us. There is no licence to sign and nothing to attribute.

5. What is ours

The Lumina name and mark, and this site's design, text, photography and code, belong to Lumina Frontier AG. Read it, quote it with a credit, send the link to a colleague. Please do not copy the site wholesale or pass our material off as your own.

Other companies' names and marks appear here only to say something true about them, and they remain the property of their owners.

6. Fair use of the endpoints

The demonstration costs us real money for every question, so please use it the way a person would. Do not script it, scrape it, run it through a proxy farm, or try to get past the rate limits. We may slow down or block a client that does, without warning.

7. No warranty on a demonstration

This website and the demonstration are provided as they are. We do not promise that the site will always be available, that a page will read correctly, or that anything the demonstration writes will be accurate, complete or suitable for publishing. Treat it as an example of the work.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Lumina Frontier AG is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising out of your use of this website or the demonstration, including lost profit or lost business. Nothing here limits liability for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, or any other liability that Swiss law does not permit to be limited.

9. Law and courts

Swiss law applies, without its conflict of laws rules. The courts of Zurich, Switzerland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, this does not take away the protections of your own local law.

10. Changes

We may update this page. The date at the top says when it last changed, and the version you agreed to is the one that was published when you used the site.
